Location: Garner, NC | Pay: $17.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience) and opportunities to earn commission | Schedule: Full-time from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

In This Role, You'll:
- Answer phone calls from customers and speak with them about their plumbing needs
- Schedule service appointments and record accurate job information
- Dispatch technicians to jobs to maximize daily productivity
- Create and post content to our social media
- Perform general data entry and administrative duties
- Keep learning more to help us do the best we can for customers
