Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques
- Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and sales transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling
- Assist with opening or closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and restocking supplies
