For this position, the candidate must reside in Southern California and be seeking a full-time position onsite.

Position Summary

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Sol-ti's end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and supplier performance. This role develops and implements supply chain strategies that ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of raw materials and finished goods while supporting production, customer fulfillment, and business objectives.

Career Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Strategy
• Develop and execute the company's overall supply chain strategy to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Build scalable processes across procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels while reducing overall supply chain costs.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure supply chain performance.
• Demand and Supply Planning
• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Translate forecasts into production and procurement plans.
• Balance inventory investment with customer service and production requirements.
• Procurement & Supplier Management
• Lead procurement of ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect supplies.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Identify alternate suppliers to reduce supply risk.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure alignment.
• Communicate supply risks and mitigation plans proactively.
• Support new product launches by coordinating material sourcing and production readiness.

Career Requirements/What we ask of you:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of progressive supply chain experience.
• 3 years leading supply chain, procurement, planning, or logistics teams.
• Experience within food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing ideally in a cold-chain or short shelf life environment.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
