As a key member of our cultivation team, you will play a vital role in helping us produce high-quality cannabis products while adhering to strict industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the cannabis cultivation facility, including planting, pruning, and harvesting plants.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring plant health and identifying potential issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure the consistent quality of our cannabis products.
- Collaborating with the cultivation team to achieve production targets and maintain efficient workflow.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation equipment and tools as required.
- Cleaning and maintaining cultivation rooms and other greenhouse spaces.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to learn about cultivation techniques and best practices.
- No previous experience in cannabis cultivation is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime when required.
- Knowledge of local cannabis regulations and compliance is a plus.
