Sol-Tek Solar has been providing the valley with solar thermal and solar PV solutions since 2008, with customers dating back to 1978. With expertise in residential, commercial thermal and photovoltaic system installations and service.
Currently hiring solar electricians and solar foreman/leads with good DMV record, reliable transportation and your own basic hand tools. Previous solar/electrical experience is highly desired. We are looking to add hardworking, experienced and motivated installers with experience installing and troubleshooting roof and ground mounted PV systems, and familiar with all aspects of installation (pulling wire, running conduit, roof penetration, racking, module & inverter installation, etc.), able to read plans, make calculations, lay out components, etc. MPU experience is a plus
Must have good communication skills and ability to get up/down roofs and work on roofs without issues, lift over 50 pounds without assistance on a regular basis, dig trenches and holes, etc. We pride ourselves in clean, professional work, attention to detail and most important, customer satisfaction.
We want to add individuals who fit our system and can take over jobs with minimal training. We ask for a great work ethic and attitude. Good personal skills a must and ability to effectively communicate with customers in a cordial, professional manner is needed.
Prior Solar experience is required, solar training/certification a plus. Must have clean driving record and ability to get to and from work/own transportation.
