Job Description
The Transportation Services Data & Systems Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting data-driven solutions and operational systems that enable informed decision-making across fleet and fuel operations. This role combines SQL Server development, Power BI reporting, and SharePoint administration with hands-on operational support, including SAP invoice coding and fuel-related processes. The position partners with Transportation Services teams to deliver reliable reporting, maintain critical systems, and support daily business operations.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports to support fleet and fuel operations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, for reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support operational decisions and leadership requests.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation across systems
• Develop and manage SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows to support Transportation Services processes.
• Maintain data integrity and access controls within SharePoint environments.
• Support integration between SharePoint, Power BI, and other systems.
• Develop and manage power automate flows for SharePoint list integrations
• Develop Power Apps
• Works closely with Fuels and Auto Parts teams to provide support
Qualifications
• Analytics experience in SQL, Power BI, & SharePoint required
• Data Analytics & Reporting experience
• SharePoint & Collaboration Tools experience
• PowerApps and Power Automate Development experience
• Power Automate and Power Apps experience
• Auto Parts and Fuels experience, coding invoices and some data entry
