I’m working on a confidential search for a Senior HR Generalist with a well-established, high-performing organization in Scottsdale.
This is a highly visible, hands-on HR opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved across the full employee lifecycle and building strong relationships throughout the business. This is not a purely strategic HR role — it is a true generalist position that requires someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and partnering closely with employees, managers, and leadership.
Ideal background includes:
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience
- True HR Generalist experience across multiple areas of HR
- Exposure to recruiting, employee relations, HRIS, and onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree required
- HR certification strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Comfort interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Confidence handling employee relations matters and difficult conversations
- A relationship-oriented, visible, and proactive approach
Compensation:
This role offers a strong compensation package, including a base salary targeted around $90K–$100K, up to a 30% bonus, additional long-term incentive bonuses, and excellent benefits including $0-cost healthcare options.
