What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant position at Sol Recovery Community, Inc.?
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team, focusing on office management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Hours: 40 hours per week. M, T, Tr: 10a-7p, W, F: 8a-5p
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, both in person and on the phone.
- Assist clients in registering for services and checking in for appointments.
- Maintain and update office scheduling.
- Prepare agendas for staff meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Provide crisis intervention services as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with computers and software, especially Google web-based apps (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.).
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
