- Prepare treatment areas and set up necessary equipment for therapy sessions
- Administer hot and cold packs and other modalities as directed by physical therapists
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and monitor their progress
- Maintain and clean therapy equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
