Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000 - $228,400 inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

- Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in VA
- Active DEA license in VA
- Active NPI number
- Experience in direct clinical care
- 2 years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
- You’re never working alone—strong clinical community with monthly learning opportunities, group supervision
