POSITION TITLE: District Manager(4 Dispensary Locations-Tucson)
POSITION STATUS: Full-Time Exempt (Salary)
POSITION RANGE OF PAY: Depending on experience

The Impact You Would Have:
- Serving as the primary resource for the General Managers (GMs) throughout your district, you will drive ever-increasing levels of performance and achievement by applying best practices in retail business development, with special emphasis on recruiting, training, people development, guest relationship development, profitability and related initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Championing and modeling the Sol Flower mission, vision and values.
- Driving all district budgeted sales targets within retail stores
- Manage and motivate a high level of service and productivity amongst store management and the dispensary retail team; oversee the management of daily operations (including, schedules, and the process and procedures during hours of operation).
- Inspiring superior guest service, with special focus on promotion of Sol Flower loyalty and guest service programs.
- Lead guest service issues, including the resolution of escalated customer issues, if needed. Ensures that dispensary leadership manages and maintains an efficient flow and operation of the front and back of house operations.
- Ensuring all sales, marketing and advertising communications are disseminated effectively to store management
- Build a team that embodies the Sol Flower culture, delivering exceptional service and modeling on-brand, Sol Flower
- Coaching/counseling all store management with effective selling techniques to achieve Corporate and Field
- Leading district sales and expense planning, with an emphasis on managing controllable expenses (Scheduling, consumables, etc).
- Ensuring all district internal/external product training classes are communicated and implemented.
- Ensure all dispensary operations are run in a compliant manner, as updated from time to time.
- Oversee the administrative duties throughout the district, including, among other things, purchase orders, product reporting, discount applications, monitoring PAR levels.
- Work with the MP&A and marketing teams on ROI analysis, identifying/reviewing district trends, product selection, inventory levels and assortment
- Collaborate with retail leadership, legal and compliance teams to ensure all SOPs in the dispensary environment across departments are being followed and maintained.
- Ensuring that all store management and associates have been properly trained.
- Developing the managerial and operational skill sets of stores management.
- Directing all district performance/compensation reviews and ensuring they are completed within established timeframes.
- Leading change and innovation, ensuring all associates are brought effectively through the change curve.

Additional requirements include:
- 8 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience)
- 6 years of retail management experience in a multi-unit environment
- Significant competency in sales, products and service
- Proven abilities to build strong, high-performing teams and to thrive in a fast-paced
- Excellent communication skills and solid computer skills
- Travel
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
