- Manage and coordinate production of architectural drawings and specifications, including coordinating with external consultants and internal specialists. Oversee production by junior staff.
- Ensure all design documents conform to best practice and internal standards.
- Maintain and refine internal standards, and ensure they are implemented consistently.
- Oversee construction administration, including submittal review, site visits, and managing RFIs, addenda, and change orders.
- Manage project timeline and budget.
- Mentor and train less experienced architectural staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of direct architectural experience. Experience with both single- and multi-family projects is a plus.
- A professional degree in architecture (B-Arch or M-Arch).
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Proficient knowledge of building code, zoning principles, construction methods, and building science.
