What You'll Do

The Manager, Amazon Marketing is responsible for supporting in all aspects of Amazon advertising and influencer efforts to grow topline sales, attract new customers, and improve campaign performance.

This position will report to: Sr Manager, Marketing – Amazon Global

What You'll Be Working On

• Assist Sr. Manager in the planning and execution of all Amazon marketing and influencer activities to drive revenue growth, new-to-brand acquisition, and customer retention. This includes but not limited to Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Influencer Program.
• Participate on calls with agency partners and platform reps and own follow ups
• Support in the reporting of paid media performance focusing on KPI metrics including revenue, conv rate, ACOS, ROAS and provide strategic, actionable recommendations
• Own evergreen & promo briefing to creative and copy teams for Amazon paid media needs, with limited support from Senior Manager
• Support in campaign planning and setup with our agency of record, which includes targeting recommendations/auditing, budget tracking, creative briefing, and asset coordination, to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform well.
• Own organizing and trafficking all digital assets to agencies and Amazon teams
• Manage the Amazon Influencer Program with support from Senior Manager
• Own the Amazon affiliate program, Creator Connections, and develop clear strategy and reporting
• Support creative briefing to Amazon influencers on needed creative assets, understanding audience-and-funnel based creative optimizations.
• Partner with social, PR, and influencer teams to drive qualified traffic and engagement for the Amazon channel
• Coordinate with Americas and Global influencer teams to secure and use content that supports Amazon campaigns and helps boost reviews and traffic.
• Own and execute on Amazon Influencer event preparation and execution in coordination with Senior Manager and Americas Influencer/Events teams.
• Support SEO efforts on Amazon through keyword analysis from media and search performance
• Keep a pulse on competitors and Amazon marketing trends; suggest ideas to improve our strategy.
  
  

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in marketing, paid media, or a related field
• Familiarity with Amazon Advertising platforms and Seller Central
• Experience in affiliate programming
• Experience collaborating with creative teams on copy and visual assets, with accountability for performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear, proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, pivot quickly, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Interest in or experience with the beauty and skincare industry is a plus
• Understanding of PR, social media, and digital trends is a plus
  
  

Salary Range

$100,000—$115,000 USD
