Here’s the work you get to do:
• Analyze pricing requests from multiple departments and deliver accurate, timely recommendations
• Build and maintain pricing models using Excel and other tools
• Evaluate cost structures, margins, and market trends to support decision-making
• Present pricing analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams
• Identify inefficiencies in pricing workflows and implement process improvements or automation
• Leverage AI and technology tools to enhance analysis and reporting
• Track results and refine pricing strategies based on performance

Position Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, consulting, or similar roles
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial or pricing models
• Experience with AI tools or automation technologies preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
• Construction or related industry experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
• 8-hour shift | 8:30 - 5:00 M-F
• On-site at our Gibsonton, FL office
