Sales & Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Client Servicing Executive who can drive revenue, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of exhibition projects.

This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for generating business, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality exhibition booths.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)

Generate leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach (cold calls/emails)

Drive monthly revenue targets and achieve sales closures

Develop new clients and build long-term business relationships

Identify client requirements and propose suitable exhibition solutions

Create and present proposals (PPTs), quotations, and project plans

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance against KPIs

Client Servicing & Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met

Manage client communication, updates, and approvals

Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Work closely with the production team for booth setup and execution

Assist in project planning, checklists, and timelines

Travel for onsite supervision of exhibition setup and dismantling

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and organizers for smooth execution

Additional Responsibilities

Develop and manage vendor and partner networks

Assist in inventory planning and project logistics when required

Prepare monthly sales and performance reports

Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation

Highly organized with the ability to multitask

Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach

Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client meetings

Experience in sales / client servicing / exhibitions / events preferred
