JOB DESCRIPTION
Sokolof Remtulla, LLP is a national real estate / creditor's rights law firm with offices in Georgia (Norcross), Florida (Orlando, Lake Worth), and California (Irvine). Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for an attorney in our Georgia office which will include immediate leadership opportunities. We offer mentorship and training in several different areas of law. JOB DUTIES:
The candidate will be responsible for managing a case load, developing relationships with office staff and clients, communication via telephone and email, use of the firm’s case management system, document drafting, e-filing, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and be in “good standing.”
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required.
- Ability to think and act independently.
- Prior experience in mortgage default work, including foreclosure, title, and/or related litigation is highly desired but not absolutely required if the candidate has other suitable experience.
