Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and reliable Drive-Thru Attendant to join our team. The Drive-Thru Attendant will be the first point of contact for customers ordering through our drive-thru. This role involves taking orders, handling cash and card transactions, preparing and packaging food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Accurately take and enter orders using the POS system.
- Ensure food and beverages are prepared, packaged, and delivered quickly and correctly.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru station and work area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to keep orders moving smoothly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Basic math and computer/POS skills.
