Our client, an asset management company in New York City, is looking for an attorney with five to seven years of big law experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity for a position as Director of Legal.


Responsibilities include product development, fund raising, investor relations and asset management.


Requirements:

5-7 years’ experience gained at a top-tier law firm in M&A, Private Equity

Admissino to New York Bar

Salary : $350,000 - $390,000
