About The Role
This is a senior global role based in New York City, sitting within Sokin's Centre of Excellence. You will support Sokin’s global social presence across influencer strategy, community, and executive voice, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline through high-impact content, creator partnerships, and always-on community engagement.
You will lead activity across key channels including LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, working closely with social media and content managers to ensure alignment in strategy, execution, and performance across markets.
While NYC is your base for North American coverage, your remit, reporting line, and ways of working are global. You will shape strategy across regions, manage global tooling, and contribute directly to CoE-led initiatives.

- Strong, measurable growth in engagement and reach at both regional and global levels
- Clear influencer ROI tied to traffic, leads, and partnerships
- A recognisable and credible executive presence across social
- Faster, more efficient content production driven by scalable systems
- An active, engaged community across key platforms
- Social positioned internally as a core growth driver
- 6–8 years in social media, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role within B2B fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proven experience running influencer programmes end-to-end with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong background in community management and building engaged audiences
- Track record of building executive social presences that generate reach and credibility
- Hands-on experience with social and community management tools
- Strong flair for copywriting across social and short-form formats, creating clear, engaging, platform-native content with the ability to adapt tone and voice effectively
- Analytical and data-driven, tracking what matters and using insights to inform decisions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving global organisation, working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
