What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Inc?
Maintain a clean and sanitary dish room environment at all times.
Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to standard procedures.
Comply with Indian Health Service (IHS), Wisconsin Health Code, and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations pertaining to food service center’s health and cleanliness standards.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and sinks.
Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with casino policies.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or other tasks as needed.
Prevent cross-contamination by following proper cleaning protocols.
Maintain good personal hygiene at all times.
Safeguard casino assets.
All other duties as assigned.
