What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Courtesy Agent position at SoJo Spa Club?
The Guest Courtesy Agent is responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards. They are to anticipate and address guests’ services needs with courtesy and professionalism. The Guest Courtesy Agent assists guests in various posts throughout the building to include guest back check, monitoring various amenities, and reporting activity to the Safety team. They supply guests with directions and information regarding property and consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year(s) customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communicative skills required.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with problem solving abilities.
- Must be able to be stand for extended periods during your shift.
- Must be able to reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, wipe and lifting or carry up to 15 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
