- High volume in/outbound calls
- Manage a dynamic, high performing schedule
- Patient-centric customer service care
- Insurance verification
- Treatment case acceptance
- Reappointments and treatment scheduling
- Primary liaison for related questions and solutions
- High proficiency in time management
