We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Business Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time, on-site, five days per week. This role is ideal for someone who can wear multiple hats and help oversee daily business operations while ensuring administrative, tax, insurance, and compliance-related tasks are handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing a wide range of operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle motor carrier permits, registrations, and compliance filings
- Assist with tax filings, bookkeeping, and general tax-related administrative tasks
- Manage insurance documentation, renewals, and related business paperwork
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records
- Coordinate Secretary of State filings and other business compliance requirements
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day business operations
- Support customer service needs and communicate professionally with clients
- Organize documents, maintain filing systems, and track deadlines
- Help oversee operational tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, operations, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with data entry and administrative systems
- Familiarity with tax preparation, business filings, insurance paperwork, or compliance processes is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer systems
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy

- Full-time
