Spoon and Stable (located in the North Loop area of Downtown Minneapolis) is looking for a Server Assistant who embodies the restaurant's culture of genuine hospitality. Server Assistant/Food Runners are responsible for the quick, careful, and knowledgeable delivery of every dish to our guests, and for providing assistance to the server and bartender teams.

- Delivering all dishes from the kitchen to the dining room, bar, and private dining rooms
- Describing dishes confidently and accurately
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Polishing dining room mise en place and restocking service stations throughout the night
- Must be available Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
- In depth knowledge of menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Confidence in communicating with guests.
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10-12 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Paid time off (PTO) is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
