Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently while ensuring a smooth experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort services and amenities.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
