What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback and Busser position at SoHo Sushi?
Soho Sushi is seeking motivated talent to serve as Busser/Barback for our busy restaurant. Responsibilities include:
- Pre-Cleaning tables, removing empty plates, glasses and misc items from tables and floors
- Bussing and cleaning/resetting tables after customers have left and preparing for upcoming customers
- Completing daily sidework outlined by management
In addition, barback responsibilities include:
- restocking glassware upon request from bartender
- fetching bottles and end of night restocking from bartender
- prebussing/bussing bar tables
- refilling ice and all necessary supplies that bartender needs
Candidates must be able to lift 30 lbs without assistance, must have reliable transportation to/from work, must be prompt and motivated to work.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
