The engineer will provide production support, integration guidance, and operational management of SFG, ensuring seamless, secure file transfers and connectivity within AWS-integrated environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for IBM Sterling File Gateway.
- Guide application and integration teams on best practices for SFG integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfers, performance, and connectivity.
- Ensure secure networking and connectivity to AWS services within SFG operations.
- Document processes, configurations, and support runbooks.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
- Strong understanding of networking principles and AWS connectivity.
- Experience providing production support for SFG environments.
- Ability to guide integration efforts using SFG for secure file exchanges.
