Key Accountabilities:

Interface with Nacelle supplier daily – both Programme and Engineering teams including leadership teams Ensure task expectations are clear and actions are closed both ways Supports task delivery and integrated project plan, including closure of CDR and delivery of development and flight test hardware on time. Maintain appropriate metrics to track progress and issue a weekly report into the RR leadership team Supports RR and Airframer approval process on Engineering and Quality documentation (e.g. drawings, QTPs, Concessions)

What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience in programme management, ideally within powerplant or aerospace development. Engineering background preferred. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging customers or suppliers. Strong focus on delivery and problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications:

Associates degree , OR Bachelor's degree OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, OR PhD / JD

Preferred Qualifications:

Long term experience in Programme Management Good understanding in Powerplant Development Preferably Engineering background Excellent communication and influencing skills – including communication with Customer representatives. Experience with Supplier or Customer representative role preferred.
