About the Role
We are seeking a California-barred, entry-level attorney who is eager to build a career in employment law. This role is ideal for a newly licensed attorney—or someone early in their career—who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing a docket of pre-litigation employment law cases
- Support case evaluations and help draft demand letters and correspondence
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Participate in client communication under attorney guidance
- Maintain organization and accuracy across case files and documentation
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing (required)
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Entry-level attorney (0–3 years experience)
- Prior legal experience (internships, clerkships, paralegal work) is a plus

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year Commissions & Benefits
