Soho Grand Hotel is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead the service-forward operations of Grand Bar & Salon, In-Room Dining (IRD), MiniBar, and Gilligan’s our Seasonal Restaurant, while also providing strategic operational support for Club Room and Soho Diner.

This role is ideal for a hospitality leader with luxury property experience, a passion for service excellence, and strong skills in financial performance, labor management, and multi-venue operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily service operations with strong floor presence.
  • Uphold luxury service standards.
  • Oversee IRD execution, MiniBar program, and high-volume bar/restaurant service.
  • Manage labor, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory controls.
  • Train, coach, and develop managers and hourly teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
  • Respond to guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5 years F&B leadership experience; 3 years at director level.
  • Luxury hotel or high-end multi-venue experience required.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Exceptional service standards and guest-facing presence.
  • Effective communicator and team leader.

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
