Duties

- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of construction timelines and organizing selections and finishes.
- Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Request and review bids and proposals and present bid packages to salesperson and project manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using construction or project management software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
