Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Liquidation Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to turn excess inventory into opportunity. This individual will be responsible for curating, pricing, and selling mixed pallets of as-is consumer goods while maintaining profitability and building lasting buyer relationships.
This is a hands-on role requiring sharp judgment, creativity in product presentation, and exceptional negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and sell mixed pallets of consumer electronics, appliances, and other returned or refurbished products.
- Manage all aspects of as-is and liquidation sales, from pricing strategy to closing deals.
- Determine how best to move, market, and present product inventory to maximize recovery value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, secondary market buyers, and resellers.
- Negotiate prices, freight terms, and pallet mix on the spot with confidence and professionalism.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust pricing and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and accounting to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of liquidation channels, market values, and buyer preferences.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in liquidation, surplus sales, or secondary market sales (consumer electronics preferred).
- Proven ability to curate and sell mixed pallets effectively.
- Experience selling as-is or refurbished products.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills — able to make quick, smart decisions under pressure.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move inventory quickly and profitably.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Solid Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and data management abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
