The Opportunity
We are seeking a Controller to play a critical leadership role in our finance organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee accounting across U.S. and Mexico operations, support executive decision-making, and help scale financial processes in a complex, high-volume environment.
This role reports directly to the Director of Finance.
What You’ll Own
- Lead monthly close and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities
- Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and financial controls in a high-volume environment
- Manage and develop a team of 16 accounting and reporting professionals (U.S. & Mexico)
- Partner with leadership on financial analysis, KPIs, and operational insights
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, audits, and reporting (including ESOP and 401k)
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and valuation firms
- Drive process improvements within ERP systems (Infor LN preferred)
- Support cross-border financial operations and reporting
- Treasury management
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 10 years of accounting experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in inventory, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Experience with ERP systems (Infor LN a plus)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience managing teams and driving accountability
- Exposure to Mexico or cross-border operations strongly preferred
- Manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $150,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience)
