Sohn Linen is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Lansing, MI as a Preventative Maintenance Technician. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solution
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and address maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Available during shift times of 3pm-11:30pm
- Experience in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment (1-3 years) is a plus but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
