Dermatology/Plastic Surgery PA or NP — Mohs Reconstruction
I am seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in plastic surgery, facial reconstruction, dermatologic surgery, or Mohs surgery closures.
This is a part-time position working directly with me to perform approximately 15–20 Mohs reconstructions per day.
Schedule
• Two days per week
• Locations may include Newport Beach, Los Alamitos, and Agoura Hills
• Specific days and locations will be coordinated based on availability
Required Experience
• Licensed PA or NP in California
• At least 500 independently performed surgical reconstructions or closures
• Strong proficiency with layered closures, flaps, and grafts
• Comfortable reconstructing facial and other complex post-Mohs defects
• Excellent surgical judgment, efficiency, and attention to cosmetic outcomes
• Able to manage a high-volume surgical schedule
