What You'll Do:
- Manage all real estate paperwork, contracts, and transaction coordination
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, calls, and appointments
- Nurture relationships with past clients through consistent, thoughtful outreach
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, delivering a best-in-class experience at every interaction
- Support listing marketing efforts, including social media coordination, email campaigns, and marketing material preparation
- Coordinate listing logistics such as photo shoots, staging, and open houses
- Place signs and lockboxes on properties and handle field-related errands
- Assist with personal logistics to keep the lead agent's day running efficiently
- Keep the team organized, prepared, and operating at a high level daily
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a real estate or client-facing operations role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you're the kind of person clients love dealing with
- Exposure to real estate marketing tools and platforms (MLS, CRM, Canva, social media, etc.) is a strong plus
- A service-first attitude with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
