What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and safely manage group play for dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Monitor and document behavior, health, and well-being, catching subtle changes before they become issues
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment
- Assist with feeding, medication and daily care routines
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure top-tier care
What It Takes:
- Strong critical thinking skills: dog behavior can change quickly, and you will need to respond and react with confidence
- Patience, reliability, and a calm, positive attitude
- A true passion for animal welfare and enrichment
- Ability to stand, lift, bend and remain active throughout your shift
