You'll Be Responsible For
- Checkout and purchase flows — conversion is your north star
- Results experiences — where users understand and act on their health data
- Member portal — the home for returning users
- Experimentation — A/B testing, analysis, continuous optimization
- Direct revenue impact: small conversion wins = meaningful business outcomes
- High velocity: you'll ship improvements every week, not every quarter
- Craft matters: you'll partner closely with design to build experiences users love
- Scale: millions of users will interact with what you build
- Own checkout conversion and demonstrate measurable improvement
- Run dozens of experiments with statistical rigor
- Ship a major results or member portal improvement
- Establish experimentation best practices the team adopts
- Build a strong partnership with engineering and design
- 4-5 years of product management experience
- Proven results improving conversion rates — bring the numbers
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
- Strong design sensibility — you care about craft and user experience
- Experience with e-commerce, checkout, or transactional product flows
- Fluency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar)
- Clear communication and ability to write specs that engineers can build from
- Experience building for multiple customer segments or white-label contexts
- Healthcare or healthtech background
- Mobile web or responsive design experience
- Startup or scale-up experience where you shipped fast with limited resources
- You love moving numbers and obsess over conversionYou care about details — the micro-interactions matter to you
