Job Description:

SAP Project System (PS):

• Deep expertise in WBS, Networks, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Results Analysis (RA), and Settlement configuration.


• SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM): Lead configuration of Portfolio Buckets, Item/Initiative scoring, Capacity Planning, and cProjects structures.

Integration (FI/CO):

• Define and manage the critical link between WBS elements and Controlling (CO), including cost object settlement and period-end close processes.


• Integration (Logistics/HCM): Expertise in integrating PS with MM (project stock, procurement) and using CATS (time confirmation) for actual labor costs.

S/4HANA Architecture:

• Design solutions leveraging the S/4HANA core, including Fiori Apps for project execution and analytics.


• Commercial Project Management (CPM): Experience using CPM for enhanced financial planning, change management, and consolidated project workspace views (optional but valuable).

Governance:

• Implement and enforce controls using Availability Control (AVC) and define robust project reporting structures.
