We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead enterprise business applications, integration platforms, and software development initiatives for a growing organization. About the Role

This role involves leading the administration, enhancement, and long-term roadmap of enterprise business applications and supporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, enhancement, and long-term roadmap of enterprise business applications and supporting technologies
• Manage and mentor technical staff responsible for application development, integrations, databases, and business systems support
• Oversee Microsoft-based business platforms, including ERP and data management environments
• Drive integration initiatives involving EDI, B2B transactions, customer and supplier connectivity, and automated data exchange processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational performance
• Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise applications and databases
• Manage software development efforts involving custom applications, system enhancements, and modernization projects
• Lead vendor relationships, project delivery, budgeting, and resource planning activities
• Develop technology standards, governance processes, and best practices across applications and integrations
• Support strategic initiatives involving digital transformation, automation, reporting, and business process optimization

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise applications, software development teams, or business systems environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 and SQL Server
• Experience supporting EDI and B2B integration environments utilizing technologies such as BizTalk, Cleo, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of application development using C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
• Experience with enterprise data integration, APIs, XML, cXML, and transaction processing
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering complex technical solutions

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 and SQL Server
• Experience supporting EDI and B2B integration environments utilizing technologies such as BizTalk, Cleo, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of application development using C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
