As a SoftWave Practitioner, you’ll become a key part of the client experience at SoftWave Vitality. This is more than simply delivering treatments. You’ll help clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their care plan from the moment they walk through our doors.
You’ll combine hands-on treatment support, strong communication, and a service-driven mindset to help clients get excellent results while experiencing a high-touch, professional level of care.
This role is ideal for someone who is both people-oriented and performance-minded, someone who can build trust quickly, deliver a premium experience, and confidently guide clients through ongoing care recommendations.
You’ll Support Clients Who Are:- Dealing with chronic or acute pain
- Recovering from injuries or physical strain

This role is based at our Westwood clinic in Los Angeles. You’ll work closely with the founder and our team in a fast-growing, client-centered environment focused on results, service, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Own- Delivering SoftWave therapy sessions with professionalism and care
- Creating a welcoming, high-end experience for every client
- Helping clients understand their treatment plans and next steps
- Guiding conversations around package options and continued care
- Building trust and rapport with clients throughout their care journey
- Supporting clinic flow, organization, and daily operations
- Maintaining a polished, clean, and professional treatment environment
- Spotting client needs and addressing them proactively
- Contributing to the growth of a fast-expanding wellness brand
- Communicate with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Strong selling skills
- Naturally make people feel comfortable and cared for
- Are strong in client-facing conversations and relationship building
- Can confidently discuss treatment value and package options
- Thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Are highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

- Physical therapy
- Chiropractic
- Rehab or recovery settings
