Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Franchise Development based in Sanford, FL. The Director of Franchise Development will oversee and manage franchise sales, structure franchise agreements, and drive franchising initiatives. They will develop business plans, implement growth strategies, and generate and nurture franchise leads. This role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to expand and maintain the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Proficient in Franchise Agreements and understanding legal and contractual requirements
• Experience in Business Planning and strategic development
• Proven skills in Lead Generation and prospect management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel as needed and work on-site in Sanford, FL
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; relevant experience will also be considered
• Knowledge of or experience in the soft washing industry is a plus
