Currently hiring Mortgage Loan Officer for the Consumer Direct division. If you're an experienced Originator who is looking to build a book of business, believes in putting your client's needs first, and searching for an opportunity with exceptional sales and operations support, we want to speak with you!
Open for Woodbridge/Fairfax, VA and Dover/Middletown, DE locations.

Highlights:
• No prospecting required. 100% exclusive inbound leads responding to custom quotes.
• Our automated SMS and email responses handle the first contact. You do phone follow-up.
• Our proprietary Point-of-Sale system makes it easy to generate complete fee sheets and price quotes
• Never take a 1003. Prospects complete the application themselves online
• Your dedicated Sales Support Team pre-processes the application, runs AUS, generates the Needs List, and prepares initial disclosures. Never touch the LOS!
• Your dedicated Processing Team communicates with the borrower, orders all third-party services, clears conditions, and takes the file to closing. Never get dragged into operations!
• In-house underwriting and closing
• Complete digital mortgage experience
Required Skills:
• Minimum 3 years residential mortgage origination experience
• Valid State NMLS licenses
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Extracurricular community or volunteer service a strong plus
