CNC Maintenance Technician
Yorba Linda, CA
Temp-to-hire position (4–6 months to convert) on a 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM; flexible as needed)
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot over 50 high-precision Swiss-style CNC machines (Tornos, Citizen) to minimize downtime and ensure peak operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include preventive and emergency maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical (24V–480V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and supporting production/engineering teams.
Must follow strict safety and hazardous materials protocols, document maintenance activities, and participate in training/continuous improvement.
Requirements:
2 years CNC or automation maintenance (preferably Swiss CNC), high-precision environment experience, Fanuc/Mitsubishi controls knowledge, electrical diagram reading, hydraulics/pneumatics skills, and root cause analysis.
High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school training preferred.
