They're hiring a Technical Support Engineer who'll primarily be the point of contact and often the escalation owner for production issues across Kubernetes-based deployments, Docker environments and cloud/on-prem/hybrid infrastructure for high-value enterprise customers.
Day to day you'll own and resolve high-severity customer incidents, troubleshoot with customers, and surface recurring issues and insights directly to the engineering team. You'll be a trusted team member, have real ownership and close proximity to the product from day one.
Who we're looking for:
We're interested in individuals with experience as a Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Customer Engineer or Cloud Support Engineer at an AI, SaaS or cloud-native company. You'll have solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Linux in production environments, and a strong track record of managing high-severity incidents for enterprise customers - from first response through to resolution.
What you'll need:
- 2 years in a technical support, customer engineering or cloud support role at a SaaS or cloud-native company
- Kubernetes, Docker and Linux
- Experience supporting enterprise customers through high-severity, production-impacting issues
- Willingness to take on on-call support rotations
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related technical field
- Genuine interest in AI and large language models
The details:
$180K-$220K base competitive equity. On-site in New York City, visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.
