Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily stand up with development team.
- Working directly with Section Management to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.
- Collaborating with the Application team to identify and fix technical problems.
- Provide and lead Incident Management & Change Management for Application support team.
- Provide weekly status updates on development teams project, task, and initiatives
- Responsible for application inventory, application support documentation & organization of application portfolio
- Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
- Involved in adopting COTS products
