Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist

Location: Jackson, MS

The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist. They will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.

Responsibilities

Configuring device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. The contractor will work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process.

Skills Needed

• Experience working within state government or public sector environments.
• Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
• Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint Management.
• Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Technical experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Enterprise mobile device management implementation
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, security policies, and enterprise device enrollment/configuration
• Experience providing documentation, knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and working with government or highly regulated environments
• Relevant certifications, project implementation success, and overall communication/presentation of qualifications

Salary : $60 - $65
