Position Summary
The Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition will support PMI's U.S. talent acquisition activities by partnering with hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders to deliver effective end-to-end recruiting support. The role will help drive candidate identification, assessment, selection, and hiring while providing a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified talent through appropriate recruiting channels.
• Screen and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Coordinate and support interview and selection processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Support offer, pre-employment, and onboarding activities as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate information.
• Provide updates on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring progress.
• Ensure recruiting activities are performed in accordance with company processes, policies, and applicable employment requirements.
• Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition/recruiting, preferably within a large corporate environment.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
