Accommodations Specialist

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Accommodations Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in the DMV area.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct support organization-wide to individuals seeking a medical or religious accommodation.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and act as a point of contact for all Accommodation related requests.
• Participate in the interactive process with individuals seeking accommodation, and partner with leadership, HR, and legal to determine timely solutions.
• The role is highly collaborative with various groups across the organization and requires heightened skills in facilitating sensitive conversations related to confidential information.
• The role reports to the Employee Relations Senior Director.
