Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist II for a contract assignment with one of our premier Premier Clients in Spartanburg, SC.
Responsibilities :
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates for active requisitions and pipelining for future hiring needs across multiple segments of the firm; works closely with full life-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build targeting sourcing plans, and attract external candidates to current and upcoming job opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is critical to the Company in sourcing, attracting and hiring Best In Class talent.

Responsibilities :
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates for active requisitions and pipelining for future hiring needs across multiple segments of the firm; works closely with full life-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build targeting sourcing plans, and attract external candidates to current and upcoming job opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is critical to the Company in sourcing, attracting and hiring Best In Class talent.
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Cultivate relationships with key candidates and specific talent pools, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization; turn applicants form non-active by developing strong candidate relationships.
- Thoroughly phone and email screen identified candidates, including but not limited to Human Resources and technical screening.
- Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape; build a competitive intelligence knowledge-base of companies and candidates residing within those companies.
- Implement and execute against a variety of candidate generation strategies, programs, and techniques; stay ahead of new innovation.
- Actively source diverse candidates from a variety of sources, as well as, partner with central diversity efforts to consistently produce diverse talent.
- Report to full life-cycle recruiters, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Hiring Manager, as appropriate, on candidate pipeline status.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
- Three (3) or more years of recruitment or related experience.
- Intermediate knowledge base and prior experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
- Experience in various recruiting methodologies, including direct sourcing, networking and cold calling.
- General knowledge of recruitment/hiring laws and practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex recruitment and hiring issues with minimum guidance.
- Proven success in an accountability-based culture.
